Abstract In this panel discussion, Orlando Bentancor (Spanish), Carl Wennerlind (History) and Hilary Callahan (Biology) explore how the environment is theorized in their respective fields, including views of whether theories differ between science humanities disciplines. The discussion includes approaches to selecting readings structuring courses include about environment, these have evolved over time address issues sustainability.
